The Olympus Tough-6020 came out at the same time as the 8010 and is meant to be the more affordable alternative. The two cameras have the same 14 megapixels, 5x lenses, and 2.7-inch LCDs. They have different "tough" specs though; the 8010 goes deeper and can drop farther. The Tough-6020, however, can still dive to 16 feet under water, be dropped from 5 feet, and be frozen to the same 14 degrees.
