Casio today issued firmware version 1.02 for its Exilim EX-H20G digital camera. The update purportedly extends the total storage time for “positioning log data” from seven to 14 days, and improves some GPS functionality. The update is currently available for download, here.

First released in September 2010, the 14.1-megapixel Exilim EX-H20G features a Hybrid-GPS system with geotagging of videos and photos, and functions indoors. User can view geotagged locations via a map on the camera’s LCD display.

The Casio Exilim EX-H20G features a 24mm wide-angle lens with 10x optical zoom, CCD-shift image stabilization, and a 3-inch LCD screen. The camera lists for $349.99.
