Ricoh has launched its latest firmware update, version 1.25, for its Caplio R8 digital camera. The 1.18MB download enhances the gradation reproduction of a high-intensity part of an image.
The download is compatible with Windows Vista/XP/2000/Me, MacOS 9 and MacOS X (version 10.1 and above).
This update is Ricoh’s third in as many months. Previous patches improved white balance accuracy and camera exposure precision during continuous shooting with the full-press feature.
